About the Space
Built in 1910, this beautifully reimagined craftsman-style duplex boasts tons of light, charm, and an open floor plan that makes it perfect for filming, gathering with family and friends, or to host an event. Downstairs, the large living area and TV lounge are furnished with minimalist, mid-century vibes, and flow into a spacious kitchen that's fully stocked with all of the essentials. The heart of the kitchen is a large island that comfortably seats 12 people. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of which have been used in a variety of spectacular ways: Themed photo booth rooms, headquarters for rival game-night teams, and (my personal favorite) filling the clawfoot tub with ice and champagne! The back door leads to a shared courtyard (that can be reserved for private use) with an outdoor dining area that seats 12 and beautiful string lights that hang 20 feet above the table.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
