Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This is truly a one-of-a-kind space that has been thoughtfully redesigned on the interior, from the layout to finishes. Originally built in the 1970s, it has been entirely gut-renovated in 2019. Awesome 600 sq ft 1 bedroom condo designed cozy and modern - perfect for photoshoots, YouTube cooking segments, short films, as well as interviews.

General Rules

We ask that noise be kept to a reasonable level, no smoking inside the unit, and no animals. Upon departure, please ensure that all furniture is arranged in the manner of which it was found. We can discuss any other concerns when you discuss your need and requirements for the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
