We have a professional cleaning staff that follows all guidelines to ensure the place is thoroughly cleaned.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

There is free street parking right on the block without time restrictions.

General Rules

★ Here’s our House Guidelines! ★ ❌ There’s no smoking allowed in our apartment. ✔️There will be a fine of up to $250 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our apartment as this can ruin our future guests' experience. ❌ No Loud Music ✔️ We ask that between 11pm-8am to keep any and all volume at a respectable low volume to ensure our neighbors are not disturbed (they do complain). Ultimately there shouldn’t be any loud noise between 11pm-8am ⚠️ If smoking is found to have occurred in our place and causes us to pay an additional professional cleaning to get rid of the smell or remains we will have to charge you for the additional cleaning, labor, and any additional maintenance costs. ⚠️ If an item is damaged or destroyed and needs to be replaced we will have to charge you for the exact cost to replace that item*** Thanks, The HF Collection

There is an outside camera facing the front door for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
