All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The house still has many of the original design touches from 1917 - lots of wood trim and brass doorknobs. It also features newer updates: a covered porch, living room with gas fireplace, open concept kitchen/dining area with a piano and breakfast bar, large dining table and antique hutch/record player and pot lighting. The unfinished basement has ample space for yoga, excercise and band rehearsals. There is also a lovely backyard with a fire bowl to use for outdoor hosting.
