Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space will be clean upon your arrival and we expect you to reasonably clean up after your crew by removing all of your supplies and/or equipment and taking all trash down to the bins at the street.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This 100 year old home is perched halfway up the hill on a half acre lot, for a feeling of being in the woods while still in LA. From midway to the top of the hill you can see views of the San Gabriel Mountains, Mt Baldy, Occidental, and the surrounding areas. There are large windows and tons of outdoor space, and the main house and the full yard are available for your needs. The house has a living / dining area surrounded by windows, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You will not have access to the closet in the primary bedroom, nor will you have access to the free-standing studio or garage on the property. My husband and I work in the film industry and are very familiar with filming needs. We are open to photo or video shoots and select events or meetings. General Rules

* No smoking inside the home. * All equipment must have tennis balls on the bottom, or be placed on ram board. * No shoes on any of the rugs inside the house. * Keep the front gate closed at all times except for loading / unloading. * No blocking neighbors driveways with your vehicles.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are exterior security cameras around the house and the property. They are recording 24/7.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
