About the Space
This is a painter's studio. A quiet space full of greenery and paintings. For your desk work. There are large, shared tables to work on your lap-top. There is a medium size television. Coffee area with skylight as if it like a patio. coffee maker and microwave. Refrigerator for your lunch. Two bathrooms. Coffee space with micro and coffee maker. two restrooms shared with other spaces workers.

We are block and a half from the 24th Bart Station, so if you prefer to walk can be great.
Parking meters are all around Mission St.
Public transportation stop is at 24th St, just a block and a half of Bazaart.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol permitted.
You need to wear your mask from the moment you enter and the entire time you are in the building.
If you feel feverish or have a cough, do not come to the space.
You need to show your vaccination card the first time you come in.
You will share the table with other workers.
If you want to be at a table alone, you have to reserve it in advance. There will only be three of them and they are small.
If you want to have a conference you can reserve the time you will use the conference room with 24 hours. Conference Room has an additional price.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean and disinfect all the area at the afternoon.
Restrooms are disinfected at the end of the day.
There is a disinfected bottle at each restroom so please so please when you get out of the bathroom spray from that boat.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
