Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Client Session Safety Procedures during COVID-19: The safety of our clients and team is of great importance. Therefore, we have implemented additional safety measures to take before, during and after each session to comply with local and national safety guidelines and best practices to ensure we provide a clean, sterile and comfortable studio environment for all clients and staff during the COVID -19 crisis. We ask that our clients also take adequate safety measures in planning/hosting their events in accordance with the CDC COVID-19 guidance and recommendations. Please carefully review and prepare to comply with the following client session safety procedures: Studio Session Safety Procedures: 1. The studio is cleaned and disinfected after each session. The studio space is also periodically sterilized via ozone sterilization and ventilated at least 6 hours between sessions. 2. Studio session time and lobby access is strictly reserved for only clients scheduled to participate in the photo/recording session. We do have a sheltered, outdoor seating area available for authorized, accompanying guests to wait during the session time. 3. All clients are required to wear face masks inside the studio area until the start time of their sessions. 4. If newNsight/ISA staff, affiliates or clients show any symptoms that include coughing, fever, chills or shortness of breath, they should be disclosed immediately. We will do our very best to provide a replacement team/team member and/or honor, without penalty, a new session day and time once symptoms are clear for a period of 2-weeks.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

A must-see studio/creative space! Our studio is very clean and cozy with ample space for photography or videography shoots. It also features an overflow studio to allow extended space for larger creative events. There are 2 separate rental spaces: 1. The NP Photography Studio provides a total of 450 sq ft. This space accommodates up to 6 max and includes an 85 sq ft lobby/dressing room equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, toys/books/games & purchasable snacks, a 20 sq ft restroom and a 345 sq ft studio featuring natural light, a Bluetooth sound system, a 24in smart TV/monitor with micro USB/HDMI for tethering or entertainment, many props/stools etc. and the option for professional lighting package. *2. The ISA Studio provides a total of 1050 sq ft. This space accommodates up to 15 max and includes a 275 sq ft lobby/kitchen with functional stove, dishwasher, fridge and a water filtration system, a 70 sq ft restroom/dressing room with a shower, a 95 sq ft private/dressing space and a 610 sq ft studio/conference space with a mirror wall and rustic fireplace. Creatives can choose to only rent 1 space or both spaces for larger events for a total of 1500 sq ft of space for up to 20 people max. *The ISA studio must be selected as an add-on service and requires an additional fee to book! This space must be booked to accommodate a max of 20 guests. If this space is not rented, the NP Photography studio only accommodates up to 6 guests max. See the Add-ons section for details.

The studio offers convenient parking for up to 10 cars. For larger gatherings, there is public parking .4 miles away from the studio

Lighting description

The NP Studio has 3 windows with black-out curtains and a full wall glass sliding door with blinds in a curtained-off space to provide the flow of natural light or max lighting control. We also offer a professional lighting add-on kit that includes many softboxes and LED lights. Please see the equipment list for details.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

While the space is not soundproof, it is mostly underground and the ISA studio stays relatively quiet at all times of the day.

Equipment loading description

The parking area is about a 75-meter trail walk from the studio. We have two hand trucks available for rent if needed to assist with load-in and load-out.

Staging area is available

If NP Studio is rented, there is a lobby/dressing room area. If the ISA studio is rented, there are several areas for makeup, wardrobe, dining, etc.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Any locked spaces labeled (Staff Only) are off-limits and may not be accessed under any circumstances.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The spaces come equipped with several outlets. 2 powerstrips and 2 extension cords will also be provided. The circuit breaker is off-limits to attendees, but staff will be on-site to assist in the event of a power surge.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building - No unauthorized visitors or over max occupancy. Only those pre-approved and contracted to attend the session/event are permitted on the premises at any time. - No outside catering allowed - No firearms or weapons are allowed on-premises - No equipment or furnishings may be removed from premises or taken outside. There are outdoor tables and chairs available for seating if needed. - No parking on the lawn or driving in the grass. Visitors must park in designated parking spaces - No tampering with, moving or unplugging any surveillance cameras. - Must leave space organized as you found it and place all trash in designated trash reciprocals. We handle all deep cleaning, mopping and sanitizing. - All bookings require a signed agreement (shared at time of booking) - All bookings require a $100 refundable deposit without lighting equipment and a $150 refundable deposit with lighting equipment. Collected prior to studio access and refunded within 5 business days of session end time.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

It is ok to move or relocate furniture, props or wall decore within the rental space as long as everything is put back exactly as it is found prior to the end of contracted time. Guests are liable for any damages (dents, scrapes, stains, tears, or breaks that occur during their time in the studio space. No furniture or decore may be moved outside the building at any time.

Security cameras and recording devices

The premises is secure with motion lights throughout the property and along the walking trail as well as several security cameras around the external of the building and in the photography studio. There is NO surveillance in the lobby/dressing room nor in the restroom facilities.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
