Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A unique property boasting an elegant interior perfect for shooting stills and video for upscale dining, date nights, game nights, business meetings, training videos, office parties, late night socials, etc. The space provides ample lighting and power supplies conveniently located throughout the property. The extended custom designed dining area features a coffered ceiling and hosts a 16'x5' dining table with seating for 18-22 people. The over-sized table is great for use in a variety of film and video genres. This space with its traditional design; comes alive with a touch of modern elegance through its decor strategically located throughout the property delivering a touch of flair and sophistication. With a variety of background focal points, there is hardly a non-picturesque angle; which includes an easy to operate gas-lit fireplace for quiet, cozy, one-on-one, individual, or group scenes. Limited parking available at the property. Street parking is available. No smoking on the property. No animals/pets on the property.

Easy access to the property include two entry points through the front entrance and garage for loading and unloading. Both access points include 3 standard height steps.

Electrical system description

Standard residential electrical system. Circuit breaker in the garage. Please advise and discuss the use of any power-intense equipment during the booking confirmation. Failure to do so will forfeit any refunds due to electrical shortages.

General Rules

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $300 Security Deposit for bookings that are 6 hours or more. Security Deposit must be paid through PayPal no less than 3 days prior to the booking. Provided there are no damages to the space, the deposit will be returned to the Host(s), via PayPal, within 24 hours of the end of the booking. OTHER RULES: The Host assumes responsibility for all Guests; including ensuring that each Guest abides by all rules for this booking. GLITTER and CONFETTI are prohibited in the interior and on the exterior of the property. The use of glitter and/or confetti in or on the property by the Host(s) and/or Guest(s) automatically forfeits the full deposit paid to secure the booking. Host(s) must provide tables and chairs for additional outdoor seating. NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking inside the property by the Host(s) and/or Guest(s) automatically forfeits the full deposit paid to secure the booking. NO PETS on or inside the property. Pets allowed in or on the property by the Host(s) and/or Guest(s) automatically forfeits the full deposit paid to secure the booking. Guests are to remain in contracted areas at all times. Guests are not allowed in non-contracted areas at any time. Accessing non-contracted areas in or on the property by the Host(s) and/or Guest(s) automatically forfeits the full deposit paid to secure the booking. HOST(S) RESPONSIBILITIES: To avoid any additional fees; be sure to book enough time for your event. Any cleanup beyond normal wear and tear will be considered damage to my space. The deposit paid to secure the property, plus any additional fees, will be assessed to cover the cost of damages and/or stolen property. Again, be sure to book enough time for your event. Your ‘tear-down’ time is included in the time reserved for the booking. It is the Host's responsibility to return the space to the condition it was in prior to the booking. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your booking to setup. Limited parking available at the property. Street parking is available.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Insurance must cover the replacement cost for loss of and damages to my home including my personal property and personal belongings. The insurance must also cover the medical for all persons. I will need to see the coverage and its limitations before accepting the booking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and decor may be temporarily moved to a covered area, vehicle, etc. All items must immediately be returned to their original location in the same or better condition prior to tue end of the rental.
