About the Space
Upshot Coffee bought an old shell service station in St. Charles City, and converted it into a cafe highlighting the glass garage doors opening onto the patio, poured concrete countertops for the barista service, and a warm and cozy dining room filled with natural light and butcher block tables. We have 2 full service bathrooms, a kitchen, and a chef that can create anything you would like, or you can bring in your own food and utilise the space.

Since we are an open and operating cafe we have detailed opening & closing procedures daily that are very specific- then we maintain all day long wiping down all surfaces between each guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
