Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The studio is deep cleaned at the end of every week and sanitized in between each booking, prior to and after client's use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors

Welcome to my photography studio located in downtown Chicago! - Nice big windows, that are good for natural lighting - Great for all kinds of shoots! Photography/ Videography - Comes with lighting, back drops, and a ring light - A/C and Heating - tripod - Nice patio - Really great for space for you to become as creative as you want!! *** Creative directing services are available for an extra fee***

General Rules

- No loud music - No lingering in the hallway - There are no more than 4 people allowed in the studio at one time - Absolutely no parties - Smoking is allowed ( You must clean up all of your trash or cleaning fee of $300 will be charged) - No alcohol

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed
