COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our cleaners wipe and disinfect all high traffic surfaces and wash all towels and linens with hot water and laundry disinfectant.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our home is perfect for Birthday Parties or Dinner Parties requiring a larger set up. The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and guests have access to it in its entirety. Please do not rearrange any furniture inside the home. Any outdoor furniture moved must be returned to its original location upon departure.

Parking description

8 to 9 mid size cars can park in the driveway. Street parking can NOT interfere with traffic or black neighbor's homes.

General Rules

No smoking inside the home. No alcohol allowed in pool area. No glass or ceramic dinnerware allowed in pool area. No music or excessive noise allowed at anytime that would disturb our neighbors.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are located on the exterior of the property (front, side, and back yards). There are NO cameras located on the inside of the home.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
