COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The studio is cleaned and sanitized between rentals.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

A studio & event space curated to cater to QBIPOC folx who are artists, entrepreneurs, innovators, educators and creators. 420 Friendly. The studio comes with Wifi, 10' Backdrop Seamless (thunder grey, white, black, tan, and baby blue), Profoto Strobe Lighting Kit, pocket wizards, Medium softbox, 3' Octa Softbox, Softlight Reflector Kit, VIM RGB led continuous lighting, 2 C-stands, 3 sandbags, 2 Apple Box (full size), and 2 Foldable V-Flats (Black and White). Freight elevator working hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm/1pm-3:34pm. Uzumaki's Living Room installation is not included in studio pricing. Uzumaki's Living Room can be booked separately on peerspace.

Equipment loading description

There is an entrance with a few stairs, but the studio is on the ground level of the building. There is a large freight elevator that is right by the studio entrance. Freight elevator hours are from 8AM - 12PM & 1PM - 3:30 PM. Please request at least 24 hours prior to booking.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Uzumaki's Living Room (fur installation) has separate pricing/listing for shooting.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are outlets throughout the studio that are easy to access.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

-All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Our studio entrance uses security cameras at the entrance for everyone's safety.
