We clean daily to ensure cleanliness for each client

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Look no further we are a one stop shop for all your recording needs, we have 2 studio recording booths and offer a factory space for rental for production recording as well with sets to choose from. This space and price for Studio A and Studio B are priced with the engineer and not for rent for personal use of recoding space and equipment.

Security cameras are located at every entrance surrounding the building and record audio and video

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
