About the Space

Our studio has the premiere sound recording service for DMV artists, engineers, and producers. Our state-of-the art recording technology combined with our professionally treated control room and recording booth allow for the best experience possible. Great for artists, musicians, voice actors, and post production.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Excellent space tucked in the upper floor of a Cleveland Park shopping strip. Studio was clean and the equipment was great. There was minimal noise coming in from outside and the recording booth was exactly what I needed for the audiobook I was recording. JoJo was helpful and I would gladly re-book this space.

Yes, I would book again.

I didn’t end up using the space due to a scheduling change by my client, but I will say that JoJo was quick to respond to my questions and positive and thorough in his answers. I hope to book time again soon.
