This 5-Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bathroom Family Home is located within an upscale gated community that has several beautiful parks and walking trails within in. Nested next to two major shopping centers, the two main gated entrances are private and the neighborhood is generally quiet. Our home hosts one of ONLY THREE known Rainrooms in California, right in our backyard. The Rainroom is enclosed on 3 of it's 4 sides, and the back-drop is a dark industrial-type material. The water that rains down into it can easily be turned on and off with a handle, and is also heated. Along with the heated water, we provide an industrial strength heater that can be placed right outside the Rainroom for added warmth once you exit the Rainroom. Towels are happily provided upon request. Within the home, we also have a traditional studio space with pink, white, & black colored paper backdrops located downstairs. Also downstairs, we have a Jungle/Vine Style 3D backdrop that is also black-light reactive (black-light available upon request). The fourth shooting area has traditional 7ft-tall yellow school lockers (4 lockers on top, 4 on bottom), and the fifth shooting area has a stripper pole (pole is located in the middle of a room so you can shoot it from any angle). Upstairs, we have a room with a bed that we usually do in a pink theme (pink comforter plus matching pillows and accent pillows), but it can be adjusted to other colors such as black, white, purple, gray, or if you prefer to bring your own bedding you can do that as well. Also, in the same room, there is an interview area set-up that may be used for recording video interviews (two black fold-able loveseats with accent pillows and decorative end tables). And the eighth shooting area is an old-school style black chalkboard (chalk provided; you are welcome to change the messages on the board) that can be used for a schoolgirl set or however you see fit. We also have a working Vintage Coke Machine that you can shoot with (next to or on top of), and there's lots of space around it to add your own props if you'd like. There is also plenty of open space and open wall space for you to bring your own creative props/backdrops, however we ask that anything you bring or use you approve with us first and that it does not damage our walls or floors in any way. Also, if any furniture is moved, we just ask that you put it back the way you found it when you are done. We will be on-site if you have any questions or need help with anything, however we will stay out of the way of your shoot and leave you to your privacy. You can send a quick text message to one of us and we will come right out to help you if you need us.
