Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have an outside cleaning services to come in and clean the building every day and twice on weekends when events are booked.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our venue can be used for meetings, shared workspace, birthday parties, graduation parties, brunches, pop-up shops, baby showers, workout classes, virtual meetings and more. Corporate meeting and Community meetings are also welcomed. We also allow religious services. We have a kitchen and soon will include a podcast room. If you already have your podcast material you can start now. We also have printing services and virtual assistant services.

Parking description

We have parking onsite and in front of our locations.

General Rules

No smoking in building No drinking alcohol outside of the building No weapons but security. All parties 25 years and under must have adequate security. All teenage parties must have adequate chaperones for the number of children attending. Space must be cleaned after use. Allow adequate time in your rental for Clean up and Break Down. No extra time will be given. Building can only be shown Monday thru Friday 10 am to 5pm so not to disturb weekend events.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Camera are in main area and surrounding outside. Dressing rooms and restrooms do not have cameras.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
