Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Calling all FREELANCE photographers, videographers, podcasters and engineers. This space is perfect for you. If you are looking for a space to use for your clientel in the area this is a great space for you to use. We have props for photographers that include stands, backdrops, chairs, lighting, cameras and more. We include mics, interfaces and everything you need to record a podcast. For engineers we have all of the neccesary tools for great quality music productuion including speakers, computer, interface, mics and more.

Blacktop next to studio fits 4-5 cars. Street parking is free and there is also a free parking lot down the street from the studio.

General Rules

- no smoking in building - Alcohol is allowed when everyone in studio is 21+ - All food and drink must be thrown away prior to leaving studio. - Please notify us if any furniture needs to be moved around or added to the studio for your session. - No nails, screws or penetrating items on the walls. - Space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end of your reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The rate will be 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. - no open flames or fire. Please refer to Peerspace's Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
