COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The cabin is cleaned and disinfected between guests

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Sitting on the banks of a 30,000-acre recreational lake, this cozy cabin offers a unique mountain experience in the Smoky Mountains. It is recently remodeled and is truly a gem! It is 2bd and 2ba with a game room/loft. You can play a game of pool or board games, or watch your favorite show, or just sit on the deck and catch a glimpse of the lake! The wrapround deck is also one of my favorite features in this cozy cabin. Sitting on the deck in the rocking chair while watching the sunrise is a great pastime!

General Rules

-All Guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with parents. -8 maximum people for the cottage. If you bring more than 8, we will charge you $100 for each additional person. -There are outside cameras for protection. If you tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property. -There is no late check-out or early check-out. We reserve the right to charge an additional $50 per each half-hour spent over time. -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. I recommend you obtain travel insurance. -Pets are NOT allowed on the property. If you sneak a pet in, you will be charged an additional $200 and will be asked to leave. -NO firearms on the premises and NO smoking allowed. -NO unauthorized fires (including firecrackers and candles) We want our guests to have a good, safe time and the rules are for your protection and safety.

Security cameras and recording devices

Outside of the property to see cars entering and exiting the property and it is only video. There are no cameras inside the cabin. The other cameras show the deck and entrance at each door. These cameras are also video only. The camera can be turned off at the request of owner for video shoot. There are three cameras in total.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
