This space is intended for nude, semi-nude, implied, or sensual shoots with minimal clothing. What you get when you book: - Access to the boudoir space with a king-size bed, queen-size bed, and cream couch. - Unique access code (provide email & phone) - Motive attendants on-site, but not in the boudoir area. - 2-hour minimum booking - Access to professional lighting (Strobe & Continuous + Universal Trigger) - Completely private booking & closed session. No other guests can walk into the space. - 2000+ sqft of shootable portrait space. - over 50+ props to utilize. Additional Accommodations for all: - Abundant natural light - Hardwood floors & 15ft ceilings - Commercial electrical outlets & access to breaker box - Space accessible via lockbox and unique code (Motive attendants on-site, but not in the boudoir area) - Wifi & Bluetooth speakers - Street-level parking & parking lot - Loading dock area & freight elevator (Freight elevator must be operated by Motive attendant) - Private bathroom - Changing area & clothing rack - Lighting Modifiers & Reflectors - Access to 107" Backdrops + Colors Additional restrictions: - no body oil, glitter, or tinted makeup. - no excessively loud music (we have a decibel meter) - no food or alcohol without prior consent - no smoking or secondhand smoke in the building - no smoke machines - no shoots promoting violence, drug use, or malicious activity.
