- 700 sqft shooting area - Space is filled with beautiful natural light between 3:30PM-7:00PM Daily. Direct sunlight beams into the space from March-September - Tons of professional photography lighting and gear (see add-ons) - Full Row of South West Facing Windows With Tons of Natural Light Our space has dynamic pricing based on demand & volume: Weekday Day Rate (Monday-Friday) 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM = $40 Weekday Night Rate (Monday-Friday): 3:00 PM - 6:00 AM = $55 Weekend Morning Rate (Saturday-Sunday): 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM = $58 Weekend Day & Night Rate (Saturday-Sunday): 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM = $62 Furniture Included in Booking: Emerald Green Couch Hanging Chair Queen Size Bed Hedge Wall Gray Bench Rod Iron Bench 2x 72" Floor Mirrors Photographers and Filmmakers love using our space due to its natural light and modular setup. We have unique furniture that you're free to use or just move to the storage area of the studio if you need more space. Models love being photographed in the northeast corner of the space due to the abundant natural light. -- LIGHTS & GEAR RENTAL INFO -- This space does not come with lighting or gear available. The space features all-day natural light with direct sunlight beams from March-September between 3PM-7PM We operate a rentable photo studio in a historic building. This building is nearly 120 years old and built of heavy timber and brick. Inside our space and the entire building, the ceiling's wooden beams are exposed on all floors as well as historic brick causing dust and small debris to fall that cannot be avoided. Anyone who has lived with exposed brick or large timber beams understands that dust and debris can accumulate in spaces that are not routinely traveled, or behind immovable objects such as beds, cabinets, etc. We are absolutely willing to clean the space for an additional fee if dust and small debris is an issue.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The front door access box was broken and the lock to get into the studio didn't work either plus the window air-conditioning unit made it hard to get certain shots without it being in the shot but otherwise a great studio. The natural lighting is beautiful and there's so much to shoot. I wish I would've booked it for a few more hours.

Love the space and some of the setups. There are a few eye sores that were tricky to keep out of photos enough to not make photoshopping a major pain. Parking was monstrous, without having to walk blocks. It’s really the only reason I wouldn’t book again.
