Beautiful former celebrity owned classic California ranch style home on a big 1.5 acre property in the hills of Coldwater Canyon. Very private and peaceful setting surrounded by mountains and nature, yet easily accessible and just a few minutes from Ventura Blvd and the freeway. Lot of open space inside and out. Gated property with a big driveway that can hold 10+ cars. Atop sits the large one-story four-bedroom/three-bathroom house. Big and open main living space with multiple sliding glass doors for easy indoor-outdoor accessibility. Open chef's kitchen with granite counters and bar. Bonus room with separate entrance off the 2-car garage. Peaceful and private backyard surrounded by mountains with a big, sparkling pool and jacuzzi.

This is a really good space for video interviews; open, spacious, clean, and nicely furnished which provided a good background for us. There is plenty of on-site parking which is a big plus. We had to deal with the occasional airplane flying over but that is to be expected. John was a great host and took care of everything we asked. Great experience, I'd book again.

John's space is nice and secluded with a massive driveway that held all our cast and crew parking with plenty of extra room. Our cast/crew headcount was 15 people. The house is great for a film crew because it is open and spacious. There is a faux grass yard off the side that is quite big, and of course, the pool area if you need it. John is easily reachable and stayed out of the way for the shoot. Make sure to get specific instructions of how to drive to the house before coming, and share them with your crew so they don't mistake his neighbor's house/driveway for his. Google Maps doesn't show everything.

Amazing experience from start to finish. John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us (including offering to heat the jacuzzi for our comfort because of how cold it was outside filming in the pool!) The house & pool were perfectly clean (and not to mention STUNNING), and he was very quick to respond throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend booking this location & working with John!
