Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected regularly with natural products.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
About the Space
In our 2000 square feet fitness studio it can be utilized to host photo shoots for professionals as well as fun birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, workout Parties, kids birthday parties, reunions, special events, dates etc... . Cleaning supplies will be able for use before and after use.

General Rules
No smoking in the building, Outside catering allowed, Gym equipment is included if needed, Guests will be responsible for cleaning up afterwards.

There are cameras on the main floor of the space. Cameras are kept on at all times
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
