About the Space

3 bed 4 bath townhome in the center of Coconut Grove. Perfect location for hosting movies and videos in the heart of Coconut Grove Miami - vibrant neighborhood and close to Miami Brickell and Coral Gables, the Airport, rail. Very bright home with lots of windows, surrounded by a green garden. Nice neighbors.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
