COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean all areas in-between bookings and all our staff wear a mask at all times of bookings. We also provide disposable mic covers for anyone that will use any of our handheld mics.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Podcast and production space in Bronx for all your production needs. You could even have a live audience if you like. Each booking includes three rooms. A main production room(space with the stage which could be removed if you don't need it) a second room that you could use if you need more space or just need a waiting room and the kitchen. We are fully equipped with a stage, speakers, wireless mics, lights, DJ controllers, cameras, and more. Our space, unlike other spaces also includes a sound engineer so filming a podcast or interview is a breeze; you are covered. You could use your own cameras or book ours. We also offer monthly packages if you are interested in booking us on a regular basis.

There is parking behind our building that clients could park at.

General Rules

If you do not want to clean up after your booking there is a $75 cleaning fee. Outside catering is allowed, but let us know ahead of time.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras at our entrance and in our event space. If you are doing a private shoot such as a podcast or interview we could disable the camera in our event space at your request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
