About the Space
The space is painted a relaxing sea green, with high ceilings, beautiful large windows that bring it a lot of natural sun light. Open loft area for special private events to celebrate special milestones such as babyshowers, family and small group self-care events, yoga, photoshoots, Corporate team building retreat, and much more. If you a creator and enjoying being in a uplifting environment, then you will love the artistic Zen Vibe of our studio space.

General Rules
MUST disinfect hands upon entry and cover shoes with a shoe cover. This helps to keep the space sanitary.
No smoking in the building, please repeat the healing space!

Security cameras and recording devices
We have several security cameras located in the facility. One at the entrance and the backdoor exit and several in confined privately for security safety. You do not need to disarm, as everything is streamed and monitored.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Daily cleaning and a deep cleaning includes dusking, and disinfecting high touch areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
