Welcome to our unique event gathering space that includes a partially enclosed room decorated with antiques, and expansive usable grounds, providing a perfect backdrop for your next event! Ideal for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, private celebrations, receptions, ceremonies and much more! The focal point of the space is a covered, 500 sq ft room that can easily take on any theme, or be the theme itself! It has a seating capacity of 25 or ample standing room with areas for catering tables. This space also features a built in buffet and sink, along with refrigerator/freezer access and complimentary Wi-Fi. The outdoor area is a portion of our 0.5 acre lot with scenic, mountain views. It features an open area for additional seating, catering, and gathering, with an array of outdoor furniture under charming market lights. The entire space boasts loads of character! We offer hourly rentals during the week and full day rentals on weekends. Free site visit after booking. *Noise restrictions require that all events end by 10PM.
