VENUE RULES
Outside catering is allowed. warmers are welcomed. No grills. If using a food truck, food truck company will be responsible for permits and I must obtain a copy 5 days prior to event.
Nothing can be pinned, tacked, taped, nailed, stapled, or hung from the walls, lights, speakers, or beams.
Any damage done that exceeds the deposit amount will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance.
No standing on tables and chairs. Any harm or accidents resulting from standing on tables or chairs will be the clients responsibility. Blaxstone events is not responsible.
A Blaxstone event host will be present at each event.
An event hosted after 6 pm where alcohol is being served with 40 maximum guest, security is required. This will be at an additional cost of $250.
To have served alcohol a bartender must be present, a copy of bartender license and valid insurance is required with a minimum of 5 days prior to the events date.
Alcohol cannot be sold during any event.
Beer and wine may be served with valid pourers permit. We can provide pourers permit with host for additional $250.
No animals are allowed in the event space or with in 1000 feet. Unless it is a service dog that is properly identified as service animal. Companions are not allowed.
No SMOKING of any sort in the event space or within 1000 ft from the door. If butts of any kind are found outside there will be an addition $100 cleaning fee.
If smoking is smelled or detected within the event space the will be an addition $100 cleaning fee.
No Hookahs
No glitter or confetti.
Only vinyl covering can be applied to the floors. They must removed at the end of the event.
Fog machines are welcome.
PARKING
Parking is FREE.
You and your guest can park in the parking lot provided in the front of the establishment.
No parking in the back. If you or your guest parks in the back, you will be parking at your own risk. We are not responsible for towing or damage of you or your guest vehicles.
If you or your guest park anywhere other than the designated parking, you are parking at your own risk. We are not responsible for towing or damage of you or your guest vehicles.
PLUMIMG
Do not throw or flush paper towel, feminine sanitary products, food, or any item that is not toilet paper down the toilet. Toilet paper only.
CLEANING
The venue should be returned as it was given.
Trash from all trash cans including bathroom should be tied and thrown in the dump located in the rear of the event space.
Trash from the floors should be picked up.
Tables and chairs should be bare, all coverings must be removed from tables and or chairs. Any items left behind will be thrown away.
