Can neighbors be heard? Rarely. Are you on a busy street? No. Any noise from appliances? No.

Is there a loading zone? No. Loading is done through the exterior downward leading stairs viewable in the photos provided. Does the entrance have a ramp? No. Do loading trucks need to be moved? There are street parking restrictions during certain times and seasons. Please inquire. The driveway can accomidate 4 average vehicles, two side-by-side.

The space contains a large, well lit bathroom, a living room space, open kitchen, hall area with (mirror and table) and one bedroom that can be utilized. PLEASE NOTE: Any intention to move or relocate furniture must be addressed and approved prior.

How many outlets? Each room contains at least two outlets. Where is the circuit breaker? Bedroom.

Please respect our space. The House Rules are not a suggestion. Please have intention to adhere upon booking. Any broken house rules are grounds cease production. The production booking, via Peerspace is to be utilized for filming & photography for groups of up to 10 people (maximum). All other uses are prohibited. Please be sure the space is a good fit before booking. This apartment is an extension of our home and our safety and comfort is of utmost importance to us, therefore we have external cameras on the property. It's the suburbs, there are neighbors. Being loud, inconsiderate or reckless is not recommend. Also, please be upfront with intentions and the number of guests you'll be expecting for the duration of your rental. This transparency is greatly appreciated. - NO SMOKING of any kind (hookah & vaping included) is allowed in the space but there is a designated smoke space outside in the backyard. - The apartment is housed in the lower, basement area of a home. There can be some insects that enter to space, especially during the warmer months. This is not at all a typical or frequent issue, but worth a mention.
