On the "most instagrammed street in NYC" enter a door to an elevator opening directly into the unit. The open space has floor to ceiling windows with natural light leading to a fire escape and a ceiling 15ft high with rustic pillars. The space has two bathrooms, 2 closets, one large living room, top-notch appliance kitchen, dinning room and bar, bedroom and Moroccan- themed room. Everything is state of the art including the lighting and sound system. The quality and iconic furniture and art makes this an exclusive listing in which we will not be accepting all applications, but encourage you to scout this incredible space for yourself prior to booking.
