3 bedroom 1.5 bath + additional half bath in basement Wide tree lined street that was just paved in 2021 Updated bathrooms, kitchen, roof, etc in 2021 All colors are light and airy Chef dream kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances + Bertazzoni 5 burner gas range Clean open space basement that can be used to hold crew in between shoots or can use for interviews with a back drop 2 car garage fully clear that can used for interviews as well. Hardwood floors throughout house Fenced backyard Extremely clean, no animals in house All bedrooms good size with lots of natural light Just 18 miles outside of Downtown NYC and 1.4 miles from NJ Transit Train Station Great character and original charm from 1938!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Christina was a very gracious host to our small interview shoot. We needed a space to film an interview outside. Christina's garage provided the perfect shelter and space to film a very specific interview look for a particular interviewee. We used the large basement as holding which was super convenient too. Our plans also changed several times due to weather and availability and Christina was very flexible and accommodating.
