Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful Historic building in the heart of Downtown Historic Krum. This venue is located in a 100-year-old building and has original brick walls, modern concrete flooring, recently renovated pre-kitchen and exposed ceiling with indoor café lights. The street is in the center of a charming historic district with a unique vintage vibe inviting robust foot traffic. There is one main room available for use: The Reception Hall, which can accommodate up to 100 people that is the perfect location for your baby shower, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, dinner parties, birthday parties, corporate events ty, special celebrations, or board meeting. The building is conveniently located on McCart Street about 4 miles from I-35 Highway. Free street parking and lot parking are available. Included with your rental is the option of 60inch round tables or 6ft banquet tables and beautiful mahogany chiavari chairs for an elegant look for your event.

General Rules

This offer does not apply to weddings, receptions or quinceañeras. Please contact us for wedding, reception or quinceañera prices. Use of chapel, outdoor courtyards, or bridal & groom suites is NOT included in the rental price. Security officers required for all parties serving alcohol or for any gathering over 50 people. Security officer fee NOT included in the rental price. No alcohol is allowed unless approved beforehand by the venue manager. All alcohol must be served by approved bartending company listed on venues approved bartender list. No cooking of any kind is allowed on-site anywhere on the premises - all food must be prepared and ready to serve. Open vendor policy allows for outside catering. However, caterers must be licensed and provide proof of insurance. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking All rentals include setup and tear down times (please inquire for details about staffing for an additional fee). OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items can be used on our walls. No tape or gummed backing materials (e.g. Command Strip) can be applied to the walls or properly. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. No glitter or confetti or sand can be used. There is NO open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. No smoking allowed in the space or within 25 feet of any of the entrances. No pets allowed No guns or knives permitted on property.
