No alcohol is allowed unless approved beforehand by the venue manager. All alcohol must be served by approved bartending company listed on venues approved bartender list.
No cooking of any kind is allowed on-site anywhere on the premises - all food must be prepared and ready to serve.
Open vendor policy allows for outside catering. However, caterers must be licensed and provide proof of insurance.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
All rentals include setup and tear down times (please inquire for details about staffing for an additional fee).
OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items can be used on our walls. No tape or gummed backing materials (e.g. Command Strip) can be applied to the walls or properly. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
No glitter or confetti or sand can be used. There is NO open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
No smoking allowed in the space or within 25 feet of any of the entrances.
