All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The apartment is a spacious 4-bedroom duplex on the second and third floor of a building that looks like it was once a single-family mansion. The main living area is an open-concept kitchen, dining, living area with a decorative fireplace and lots of sunlight from windows that face east, west, and south. This room has great ambiance for photo or video shoots and there is a separate TV room upstairs for crew members/actors/models to hang out.

There are 2 private, free spots behind the apartment building and a paid lot ($10 for 24 hours) right across the street.
