There are 3 parking spots available in front of the studio doors.

We have natural light that comes in when the big garage door is open. There is one set built by that door.

We have a big garage door that can be opened for bringing equipment onto the studio floor.

Paper backdrops If you need a specific color, we need to know 24 hours before your booking so that we can have it ready for you. If you don’t let us know, you will be responsible for hanging it on the portable backdrop stand. DO NOT CHANGE THE BACKDROPS HANGING ON THE WALL. Restroom We have a restroom available in the front office space. The restroom does have a rolling clothes rack with hangers for your convenience. If you take it out of the bathroom, please return it at the end of your session. Furniture/Props/Lights Please pick up the furniture when you move it. Do not drag or slide it. Please return to its’ original location before leaving. Fog machines are okay to use and we have one available as part of our prop area. Studio rental includes props and furniture use. Please be sure to place props back in their boxes and back into the cubby area. Studio rental includes use of studio lights. Please note that we have Canon and Sony triggers. Extension cords are available as well. Ensure that all lights are unplugged and turned off before you leave. Renter is responsible for set up and breakdown of lights/softboxes. Music You’re welcome to bring your own speaker and play music during your session. We have an Alexa speaker available. It is located on a black stool near our papers in the back corner of the studio. To use it just say, “Hey Alexa!” and ask her to play whatever you’re in the mood for. Before your rental end time in the studio: Wipe down vanity table if used. Clean mirrors of prints. Clean floors of any food crumbs, spills, confetti, mess, etc. Ensure furniture is returned. Do not leave any trash in the studio. Trash bags are provided. When You Leave Within your rental time, make sure you leave the studio clean and tidy for the person after you. Make sure all the lights are off. Please make sure all the doors are closed and locked. The office light is located to the left of the door as you walk out. -There is NO smoking allowed in the studio. A $500 fee will be charged if you are caught smoking on premises. -All children should be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. -Please use caution when bringing food or drinks into the studio. We ask that you not eat or drink on studio furniture. Please dispose of trash properly. -Confetti is allowed HOWEVER it must be fully cleaned up before the end of your session. We have a shop vac available for this. Please schedule enough time to clean up. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Glitter is not allowed in the space.

Furniture is on sliders and can be moved. Wall decorations on sets can be moved if needed.
