About the Space

A professionally treated music studio + mixing room for the modern artist. Need clear shimmering vocals that match the top LA Studios or the right environment to hear those punchy lows? This studio that was built over the course of two years ourselves from the ground up. No shortcuts were taken with acoustic treatment, the room is lined completely in huge 12.5" thick bass traps to absorb effectively down to 75Hz, along with ceiling and sub-floor treatment. We have served customers for anything related to mixing, mastering, and recording. Several pieces of high-end gear are available for your use (listed at the end) The space is a single room, with bass traps lining the walls on all sides. This is an In-The-Box studio, with several zero-latency Apollo plugins for top-tier vocals and general EQ/mixing. The Apollo has four inputs and serves as the main mixer. There are several pieces of software available in addition to the gold-standard Apollo zero-latency library. Ableton, FL Studio, Antares, Melodyne, Konkat, Serum, Slate Virtual Mix Rack, Sound Toys Bundle, Lounge Lizard EP, and over 30 more famous virtual additions, ask for details! If this is your first time, you can request a tutorial on how to use everything and I will be more than thrilled to show you the knobs and buttons. The space is perfect for any producer, singer, songwriter, or band for up to 4 people maximum. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
