About the Space

Our home has modern amenities with some midcentury flair. 3 bedroom 2 baths with a beautifully lit sunroom that leads out to a tropical paradise with a pool. 360 degrees of privacy fence so you feel secluded. the home has a pretty open for plan with the living, dining open to each other leading to a large modern kitchen with loads of granite counter tops. Great for a chef or food and beverage shoots. There are a few money spots the back yard being at the top for any pool shots, or outdoor fun, there is a gazebo and seating areas throughout. The home is cozy light and airy with lots of natural light. the home can be host to many ideas, from game night or karaoke to birthday party shoots or pool parties. the bedrooms are perfect for boudoir shots, and a room set up for kids. there is no loss of space.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
