This private, self-contained 1 bedroom Coach house, is Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood and steps away from picturesque Sendall Botanical Gardens. This luxiourous modern boho suite is the perfect location for small lifestyle, brand or small photo/video shoots! We have 2 oversized east facing windows that provide lots of natural light. Natural light best from 9am - 1pm. The open concept space has a full kitchen with a quartz calcutta countertop. Plush black leather island stools. The main living walls are all white with a feature log in the center of the space. Their is a cozy egg chair in the living room and at your request, we can put our King Peacock chair in the space for you to use aswell. The bedroom has a painted black feature wall, black velvet drapes and beautiful brass pendants, it has a calm moody feel to the room. The bright bathroom is spa-inspired with light blue vintage hollywood wallpaper, porcelain marble tile floors and a soaking tub. The entry stairwell has a statement boho chandelier. NOTE: This space is best suited for simple branding/lifestyle photo/video shoots with Minimal props. Cleaning fee and security deposits are subject to change depending on production size (No more than 6 people).
