Free street parking on side street and the main street. Wednesday nights 4p-10p limited parking due to food street market on side street.

Please do not arrive earlier than your time expecting to start setting up to shoot. Do not try to call to come inside no more than five minutes before your scheduled booking time. This listing is only for arcade room, you may not set up or be in the open space. - No Smoking Inside. If needed for a shot please message us directly to ask for price to waive rule. -No food or open drinks -Arcades and props may be moved. Whatever you decide to move moved must be put back before end of booking. -Please do not exceed the amount of people you bring than what you booked. Additional fees will apply. -No live guns and/or weapons. Props are okay. -We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during your booking -The space must be left in the condition you originally entered it in. Any damages to the studio, furniture, props, and equipment during your booking may result in additional charges. -No pets. -Booking rates are hourly. To avoid additional fees, please be sure to be wrapped up and packed up by the end of your booking time. Set up and clean up is part of your booking time. -We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) and/or video of occurring in our space for the sole purpose of promotion for our studio location.
