Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

A Professional Cleaning Service is hired between events to ensure the venue is sanitized and clean, floors are mopped, high touch surface areas are sanitized. Chairs are sprayed with sanitizer.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is an intimate event space that is very convenient to Downtown Hiram, GA. With our convenient layout, guest could use our venue for a multipurpose space. There are endless ways to use the space. This space accommodates up to 50 guest. This space is perfect for Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Meetings, Classes, Micro Weddings, Anniversary Dinners, Private Dinners, Pop Up Shops, & More. We are located in the heart of Hiram, GA approx. 35 minutes away from Downtown. Included in our rental space: - 8 (4ft) round tables - 7 (6ft) rectangle tables -Mini Kitchenette with a microwave and use of a refrigerator - 50 Black Chiavari Chairs - 45' Television / Wifi - BlueTooth Speaker & Microphone

General Rules

General Rules -No Smoking of Any Kind Inside The Venue -No Glitter or Confetti, or Confetti Balloons. -No Explicit Adult Entertainment Activities -No Loitering Outside the venue Outside Catering is allowed. Alcohol is allowed with a licensed bartender and proof of insurance OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Cleaning is included in the time that you booked. There is no additional time provided for cleaning. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
