About the Space
Sapphire is a ‘Creator Suite Studio’ setup for audio and visual artists who aim to operate on an advanced level. Sapphire is fully outfitted with industry-standard audio and visual software such as Abelton, Logic, Pro Tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as high-end hardware from brands like Universal Audio and Avalon. While working in Sapphire you have access to numerous vocal microphones, instruments, and amplifiers as well as a mid-size built-in isolated sound/vocal booth. Creatives who prefer Sapphire enjoy its bright mood and cool vibes feel.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site.

There are security camera systems throughout the building. Each studio has 1 camera in the control room and 1 or multiple in the vocal booths / live room.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take our clients', and staff's, safety very seriously. Our space is regularly sanitized throughout open hours, including leaving enough time to fully sanitize between sessions. We continue to keep ourselves up to date with the guidelines issued by our City Health Department and the CDC, and implement those recommendations into our protocols.
If you have any additional questions regarding our cleaning process, do not hesitate to message us.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
