COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We disinfect all of the gear and surfaces before and after use of all of our clients.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our stylish production studio features a multi color backdrop including greenscreen and or black/white colors for photography and filmmaking. In the main studio area we have furniture such as couches, chairs, tables and small desks to either lounge or feature within your shoots. In the same area we feature our computers with editing software's including the entire Adobe Suite and much more for any post photo or video work that may need to be done as well. A large monitor with HDMI connection is also provided if needed. Our corridor we store our gear such as industry grade grip and electric equipment covering the basics such as c-stands, lights, and appleboxes for both film and photography needs.

General Rules

-No smoking cigarette or marijuana in the building -Pornographic shoots are prohibited -Outside catering is allowed -Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the host. If you charge a cleaning fee, you can add it in a later section.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Our Security Cameras record, audio, photo and video in our main studio space and inventory.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
