COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professionally cleaned between each booking, also a 5 hr space between check out and check in.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This is the perfect spot for your family to be close to everything, including the Strand, the beach, restaurants, historic districts and much more! This is a brand new, completely renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath house. This house can sleep 7-8 people with a King bed, queen bed, convertible chair to twin bed and a queen air mattress if you have a large group. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch and meals on the back deck. The large yard is complete with a fire pit and BBQ grill. There is an open concept living room dining/kitchen.

Parking description

I car will fit in the driveway and there is unrestricted parking along the street and nearby historic cemetery.

General Rules

No smoking or vaping of any substance in or on the property. No pets allowed. Furniture must be put back in original position. Check out is 11 am. Doors must be locked anytime you leave the property.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras are exterior only, front and back doors and side of the house.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
