Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We make it our duty to ensure that all COVID-19 guidelines are followed accordingly in regards to cleanliness, distance, and capacity.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Let your imagination run wild at the Grand Loft! It is more than just an event space, but it's a place to create memories, to build unity, and to help the community. We are a luxury all-white loft venue located in midtown Elizabeth, NJ. Our exclusive 2,500 square feet space is the ideal fit for up to 150 guests. It the perfect rental space for private and public events including birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, and special gatherings! All-white, 2,500 square feet luxury modern and versatile venue space Street parking is available for all guests with the option of parking in the deck just a 3-minute walk down from the Grand Loft. Also located a few minutes away nearby NJ Transit train station and bus stops. Booking is available for a minimum of 6 hours which includes set up time. We are more than happy to connect you with some of our most wonderful event vendors including event planners, food caterers, event bartenders, and DJ's.

Parking description

Street parking is available with the option of a nearby parking deck throughout the week. Street parking is free after 6 PM Monday to Saturdays and free all day Sundays.

General Rules

● There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building. If smoking of any kind is detected on the premises, it may result in immediate termination of the scheduled rental period. No refund will be issued. ● There will be no loitering, eating, drinking, or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. ● Any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate termination of the scheduled rental period. No refund will be issued. ● Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. During underage events, such as sweet sixteen, baby showers, etc., we prefer that underage individuals do not have in and out privileges. ● Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of The Grand Loft Luxury Event Space staff shall be grounds for immediate termination of the scheduled rental period. No refund will be issued. ● Renter, and their guests, are not permitted to park on the sidewalk in front of the establishment or in front of the neighboring businesses. Parking on the sidewalk will be accepted, briefly, during load-in and load-out periods.

There are high-performance security cameras installed at the main entrance of the loft.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
