About the Space

A cozy, stylish Venice Beach Bungalow on the most magical Walk Streets in all of Venice. This is the perfect location for lifestyle photoshoots. The outdoor patio is charming and feels like an escape to Southern Italy, while the interior is very zen and clean contemporary. The fireplace altar offers a sacred and mystical vibe. The light through the house feels very warm, and one wants to curl up in the meditation nook in the bedroom. The funk and charm of the front house and yard is extremely inviting.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had an awesome time shooting at Susan's home in Venice! Susan was awesome and really helped us get in and set up with no hassle and was very communicative throughout the day. The place was awesome and definitely was the perfect location for our small branded video shoot. Thank you Susan!!

This space is beautiful, I’d even say mystical. Cozy, natural with a beautiful layout and thoughtfully designed. Susan, the owner/ host has created a gorgeous home with lots of beautiful details. And she is a joy.. I highly recommend. The neighbourhood is beautiful too.

This venice beach bungalow was an excellent space to rent! It was such a vibe with a great location, we easily went to the beach to shoot a scene and back in no time. Susan was an amazing host who was professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend Susan and her Venice Beach Bungalow!
