- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Built in an 1800’s warehouse this unique place with exposed brick 18’ high walls, antique wood arc beams in the ceiling, huge windows, full with unique art and rustic chic furniture its a gem. Great for all type of events all the way to 50 people. Downstairs you will find the main open area, meeting room, full kitchen, 2 toillet and a bar area, upstairs you’ll find a beauty studio with a full bathroom. The venue has a super premium surround audio and lighting, for a bigger event we can use an old barn wood shop next to it upon request

No smoking in the building, we are pretty open with event time frames, Outside catering is allowed, no pets.
