Photo & Video Production Studio with Large Cyc Wall

This Hollywood style studio was uniquely built in 2020 with a dream to create a space that appears to have been taken straight out of LA and dropped right in Seattle's backyard, Woodinville, WA. Our goal is to continue bringing in new gear, backdrops, wallpaper, lights, and other production equipment so that other creatives can have unlimited access to gear that otherwise would not have been able to. The 2,000 square foot space sits on a 5 acre residential property giving the studio a quite place of work, perfect for recording video with sound. This provides on property parking for up to 8 cars easily. The space also has a 10 foot garage door into the studio providing easy access should you bring additional equipment for your project. We have a standard room rate of $85/hr. This rate grants you access to the entire space including a lounge area with a fridge/snacks and drinks, editing corner, and equipment setup bay. We also have a lighting package available that includes two (2) Aperture 300s, one (1) Aperture 300x and full syc wall lighting for an additional $195 for the day/time in studio. Companies such as Costco, Misfits Gaming, Microsoft, Revolution Next, XS Energy, Coldwell Banker Bain, Compass, Stronger Families, local and non local photographers, and many other groups have absolutely loved using this space and continually book out time slots for their project. Should you need additional crew for video projects such as cinematographer, director, writer, editor, grip, camera assistant, ect. do not hesitate to ask!
