Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The entire room and all equipment is disinfected by our staff after each booking and at the beginning and end of each day. The guest number regulations are for your safety and must be strictly adhered to. Your safety is our top priority.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is perfect for small professional or creative photography and video projects, the space is a main room that has a pass through waiting room and is a corner space so has 4 large windows for natural lighting. It also comes equipped with various paper and cloth backdrops, studio seating, professional strobe and speedlight flashes, and accompanying triggers. There is a Bluetooth speaker to play music and set the mood and the space can hold up to 4 people at once. There is also a larger studio in the same building with all the same amenities for a slightly higher rate that can be booked for larger productions.

On a quiet street with mostly quiet neighbors. There is a music studio a few doors down but it is usually a little loud later at night.

This a commercial 2 story building with a front and back wide staircase but no freight elevator and no loading dock.

No staging area available

Electrical system description

There are ample outlets and a stable power grid. I shoot many productions here myself and have never needed to flip or reset any breakers. If that case occurs I will always be on site and be able to fix the problem.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

Smoking is not allowed in the building but can be done in the rear parking lot. Food and Drinks are allowed but there will be a cleaning fee for any large messes or trash left behind. Alcohol is allowed but unruly clientele will be asked to leave. Noise is not prohibited but should be kept within reasonable limits. After being 30 minutes late without notification the booking will be canceled with no refund, and going over time booked by more than 15 minutes will result in being charged for another hour.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be brought in or taken out and any wall decorations can be removed if necessary.

Smoke machines are allowed
