About Open Book
This is an adaptable room for your business, nonprofit, or personal needs. The room can accommodate up to 35 people; the table and chairs are movable; basic AV options are installed and included (Large screen 85" TV, HDMI connection). The natural light and exposed brick give the space a cozy and comfortable feel. Nonprofit discount available: 25% (Please include Nonprofit info when submitting booking request)

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This space was beyond perfect. We hosted a team strategic planning meeting that could have been held in a more fitting space. It was clean, professional, tons of natural light, and an overall unique and inspiring space. Wini was an incredible host and made everything so easy. We will absolutely use this space again and I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you Wini and the team at Open Book for making our special event perfect. -Dean

I absolutely loved this place! It was incredibly easy to set up my computer, and the space was beautiful and very organized. The building itself is super comfortable, with a great café that adds to the experience. Everything was seamless, making it the perfect spot for meetings. I would definitely rent here again every time I need a meeting space. Highly recommend!

This space was wonderful for our needs! The room was large and provided great lighting. There are electrical outlets that are hard to see in the photos but Wini provided extension cords for us that were so helpful for our team. Reserving this room comes with the perk of being in the same space as Open Book which means you have a whole cafe and bookstore downstairs and plenty of nooks and crannies to mingle throughout if you need a place to work outside of the meeting space. Wini was very helpful answering questions leading up to the meeting and I would definitely recommend booking here again!

The setting and the space were wonderful. The IT/internet worked smoothly and everyone had a great time. Wini was so gracious and even allowed us to gather in another space for a final photo op, and she took the picture! We will definitely utilize the space the next time we have meeting needs!

Beautiful, clean space with excellent hosts. We were a little nervous about ease of parking, but that ended up being smooth. And we felt the price was very fair. It's a great space that we're keeping in mind for future events.
