Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We make sure to clean and disinfect all areas inbetween bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our loft is perfect for filmmaking and photography. It has ample natural light, wide space, high ceilings, and eggshell colored walls. We have an empty room, which you are welcome to bring set dec into. Our sunny, intimate boutique studio is ready to be utilized by artists all over Atlanta. Our living space is in the same apartment and is welcome to be used for an additional fee. If you would like to also use that space, please message us! Furniture in that space (featured in the last photo) is not allowed to be moved. Thank you! We look forward to working with you.
