About the Space
This building is a gem in San Francisco! The entrance is elegant with a lobby on the left and a nice check-in area on the right as you walk through the large glass doorway. Once inside you will be wowed by the soaring ceilings with skylights and sandblasted concrete walls. There is a 3000 square foot white oak dance floor in the main area as well as two ADA bathrooms near the lobby. In the lofted area of this building there is an additional 900 square feet that overlooks the main space. In the adjacent building that is attached, there is a kitchen and two additional ADA bathrooms as well as a 1000 square feet dance/event space. The overall size of the spaces add up to 7500 square feet. Perfect for weddings, dance events, performances, parties, meetings, lectures, etc. etc.

This space was a fantastic venue for our annual gala dinner/celebration for 125 people. Sandy was incredibly helpful both in both the planning phase and was on-site the day of to make sure the event was going smoothly and that we had components that we needed. Overall, this was a great venue that is very adaptable to needs with an amazingly helpful, experienced and gracious host, Sandy.

It was wonderful to be in this space for our video shoot. We were able to light and dress the way in which the client had envisioned. Leading up to the shoot, our host Sandy was very responsive to all our questions and concerns--I received answers within an hour. Despite being an incredibly hot summer day in SF the space remained relatively comfortable without AC. Parking was a little challenging because of construction work but Sandy's staff would inform us when spots outside the building became available. There is a paid parking garage around the corner which was super helpful for our crew. Her staff was incredible, supporting our staff throughout the day. Definitely would use this space again.
