COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have disinfecting spray that is used after every event, everything is wiped down included the front door handle & the bathroom is cleaned before and after! Signage is on the front door for everyone to wear a mask when entering the building. We do have extra disposable masks that can be given out if needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We want to build entrepreneurs & their brands by giving them opportunities to grow to the next level. Space available for makeup artist, lash techs and more... Our space is free flowing for all types of events, we have a big screen tv and sound bar for listening parties and video/movie screenings. Book signings, casting calls and filming locations for movies are also available. We have an ample amount of free parking, we can hold up to 60-80 people seating and about 80-100 standing with free flowing decor. We have an area for the dj & catering if needed. All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

No audio is recorded but the video is recorded, even night vision and motion detection. We have one camera outside pointing at the front door and the parking lot. 4 in the main store area, by the register and throughout, one in the back room where my office and the selfie boutique is.. Then the last cameras is located outside the back of the building facing the stairs and the alley way.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
