I clean my space everyday, disinfect and floors moped, very very clean

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Hello ladies and Gentlemen! I have a large studio space in the Port Richmond area of Philadelphia. Great quiet and SAFE area! PLenty of parking on the street and two parking lots. 2nd floor, Photographys pace 5 large windows for great natural light, spacious. Great spacing for long telephoto shots of your clients, clean and comfortable experience for you and your clients to enjoy your time in the space. This building is very historic and do require a code to enter, once you book and come i will let you in and you have access to the space once your inside, you can go down and let clients in. THIS SPACE IS MAINLY JUST A EMPTY SPACE WITH MINIMUM EQUIPMENT, A SPACE FOR YOU TO COME AND MAKE IT YOU OWN. WHATS INSIDE YOU’LL SEE IN THE PHOTOS, YOU CAN USE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE EQUIPMENT!!

There is plenty of open space for parking on the street as well as two large dedicated parking lots for the building.

General Rules

NO SMOKING. KEEP MUSIC TO A GOOD VOLUME NOT LOUD OR MAXIMUM. No loud music after 11pm No smoking No pets allowed Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided
